Ils m'ont trouvé un travail très peu qualifié qui, mais il a fini par être une usine de blanchisserie avec des conditions de travail incroyablement, avec des conditions de travail horribles (siège de toilette cassé dans la salle de bain par exemple), des règles strictes et un salaire bas, même pour une entreprise de blanchisserie. Je suis une personne formée à l'Ouest avec un diplôme et plus de 30 ans d'expérience professionnelle et c'était le meilleur que cette entreprise puisse me trouver? Je me suis pas mal plaint au "recruteur", Leslie Tey, de la qualité du travail et des conditions. Leslie a essayé de me convaincre de rester pour le montant minimum que j'avais signé avec les ressources humaines de l'Alliance, qui était de 3 mois. Je ne pouvais pas durer plus de deux semaines et lui ai dit que j'allais démissionner, au lieu de me trouver un autre emploi, ce qu'il a choisi de faire était de me poursuivre en justice pour essayer de me retirer un mois complet de salaire malgré seulement deux semaines de travail. . Je lui ai demandé de me trouver un emploi différent mais il a refusé. M. Tey m'a dit d'aller au ministère de la Main-d'oeuvre (MOM). J'ai fait. AHR a reçu une amende de 2500 $ et 6 points d'inaptitude parce qu'il s'est avéré que Leslie Tey ne travaillait pas légalement en tant que recruteur.
P.S. Leur page Facebook avait l'habitude d'avoir un moyen de revoir votre expérience, elle a depuis été supprimée en option ... Pas étonnant.
