Je suis un avocat en exercice à Philadelphie. À l'automne 2017, j'ai décidé d'explorer l'achat d'un condo en Floride. J'ai trouvé Ryan Gainer d'Amerivest sur Internet. Nous avons fait des arrangements pour que ma femme descende et regarde quelques appartements avec lui, ce qu'elle a fait. Elle a aimé un développement particulier et nous avons fait une offre pour un condo dans le développement mais ne l'avons pas obtenu. J'ai interrogé Ryan sur un autre dans le développement qui était à vendre, qui, selon lui, était en bon état. Nous avons fini par l'acheter sans être vu, comme le font de nombreux habitants du Nord. Ryan était nos yeux et nos oreilles. Il a omis de nous dire que ce condo particulier adossé à une route très fréquentée. Lorsque je suis venu fermer le condo en décembre 2017, j'étais décontenancé quant à l'emplacement. L'autre problème était que l'inspection avait révélé un bac de douche cassé qui était une réparation de 5 km. S'il m'avait dit à quel point la réparation était importante, j'aurais pu me retirer de la propriété ou obtenir une concession du vendeur. Je n'ai appris le coût de la réparation que quelques mois après la vente. Lorsque j'ai essayé de contacter Ryan au sujet de mes préoccupations après avoir découvert le coût de la réparation, il ne m'a pas répondu. J'ai ensuite contacté son bureau chez Amerivest Realty à Naples. Ils ne feraient rien pour me dédommager ou même me donner le nom de leur transporteur d'erreurs et d'omissions. Très déçu. Je ne recommanderais pas.

Carmen Escobar, qui travaille pour cet agent immobilier, nous a non seulement volé de l'argent en gardant notre sécurité et en nous accusant de dommages bien faits avant notre emménagement, mais elle a ensuite appelé notre employeur et nous a également accusés par téléphone. Elle est coupable d'avoir commis une fraude hypothécaire, de ne pas payer d'impôts fonciers et de mentir systématiquement tout et n'importe quoi. Ce n'est que la pointe de l'iceberg, car il n'y a pas que des preuves à l'appui, mais plus encore. Restez loin, loin de cet agent immobilier, elle vous dira n'importe quoi pour profiter de vous.

Pour parler de la réponse en réponse, je ne sais pas où réside la confusion puisque j'ai mentionné que j'avais des preuves pour étayer mes plus de 7 ans de réclamations, et plus encore. Elle est associée à votre entreprise, donc cet avis l'est aussi.
