Les résidents locaux ont besoin de savoir quel genre de ressources incroyables ils ont à portée de main. J'ai eu une expérience formidable ici jusqu'à présent et je suis vraiment ravi que Contra Costa ait ce centre et qu'il soit gratuit. Je ne me souviens pas vraiment qui m'a parlé du CC Crisis Center, mais je les ai appelés peu de temps après avoir perdu ma sœur dans un accident tragique inattendu. Il a fallu quelques semaines pour être placé avec un conseiller individuel, mais j'étais préparé à cela. Ils m'ont jumelé avec quelqu'un avec qui je me sens maintenant très à l'aise. Et c'est pourquoi cela prend un peu de temps. CC Crisis Centre peut fournir des conseils individuels ou de groupe, ou les deux.

Honnêtement, je ne sais pas si leurs services vont au-delà du counseling en deuil. Mais pour ma perte, j'avais besoin de counselling en cas de deuil, et je me suis vraiment retiré en utilisant les ressources offertes par mon régime d'assurance HealthNet. Je me sens tellement chanceux d'avoir trouvé cet endroit et d'avoir été affecté à un conseiller qui, je crois, m'aidera vraiment à guérir.

Le counseling individuel n'est peut-être pas pour tout le monde, ou peut ne pas être utile pour chaque situation personnelle, mais pour moi, pour le moment, cela a vraiment sauvé la vie. Je suis une personne positive qui a besoin d'aide pour apprendre à faire son deuil d'une manière saine, et CC Crisis Centre a rendu cela possible. Je suis encore nouveau dans le processus de parler à un étranger de moments et de sentiments très personnels, mais je crois vraiment que cela m'aidera à surmonter ma perte de la manière la plus saine possible.

Ils peuvent vous sauver la vie lorsque vous avez le plus besoin d'aide. Ils peuvent aussi aider les anciens combattants, les sans-abri ou les personnes dans le besoin, je vais pour les groupes de deuil et de perte. Ils ont des gens au téléphone 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, même si vous voulez parler ...
