Je voulais juste vous remercier pour l'appel de courtoisie que j'ai reçu aujourd'hui de Karen. J'ai eu des problèmes bizarres avec ma commande et j'ai dû contacter le service client pour qu'il enquête sur le problème. Ils se sont occupés du problème et ma commande a toujours été reçue dans les 2 semaines suivant la commande initiale. Merci pour tout le professionnalisme dans le traitement de ma commande, et l'appel de suivi n'était que la cerise sur le gâteau!
