This grossly, unprofessional organisation wouldn’t know customer service if it whacked them on the head.

On the 24th August, I regrettably purchased several items from Tailored Athlete, which qualified for their ‘free shipping’.

Be advised that this shipping is untracked and that there 7 – 10 business days for international delivery along with their ‘100% satisfaction guarantee’ tagline is a complete farce.

Having patiently waited 17 days for my order to arrive, I reached out to their customer support team via email. The various emails received from Jane were disingenuous, unprofessional and misleading at best.

My order eventually arrived on the 18th September, some 26 calendar days after placing the order and 17 business days after it was dispatched.

On the 18th September I advised Jane via email that I would be retuning the items and she replied the same day with: ‘as soon as it arrives I will be back in touch regarding your refund’.

Of course, Jane lied about this as well.

I sent the items back on the 19th September and they were received by Tailored Athlete on the 27th September.

For weeks and weeks I patiently waited and waited and waited for Jane to contact me and 25 days later (yes 25 days), I eventually and understandably ran out of patience and contacted Jane about my refund which has STILL not been processed.

So, if you’re looking for a horrific customer service experience and enjoy being lied to while waiting weeks and weeks for your order to eventually arrive and weeks and weeks for your order to finally be refunded then by all means go ahead and waste your money.

Personally, I’d rather not go through the appalling experience, duress and disappointment that I endured over 8+ weeks and I certainly won’t be wasting anymore of my time or money on Tailored Athlete.

Beware when dealing with this company. They shipped the wrong product to me, and I had to pay customs for it. When I contacted customer support, they told me that to receive the correct product, I would need to ship the wrong item back at my own expense. They refused to arrange a DHL pickup. Why should I have to wait because of their mistake? Avoid this company at all costs – they are highly unprofessional.

Absolutely careless customer service. Was trying to buy 6 pairs with promo buy one get one free, but the system offered discount for just one item instead of 3. Customer service completely ignored my issue and answered random things not even related to my issue. When they finally decided to read and understand my issue half of items was out of stock
