I had a really positive experience with East London and the City Mental Health Trust. The staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities were top-notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of mental health care. The only suggestion I have is to improve the waiting times, as it took a bit longer than expected to get an appointment. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the services provided.
