I have been using O-D Tool & Cutter, Inc for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The quality of their tools is decent and they have a good selection to choose from. However, their customer service could use some improvement as they can be slow to respond to inquiries and not always the most helpful. Overall, I would say that O-D Tool & Cutter, Inc is an average company.
