I had a fairly average experience with Worldlink travel group. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team, and even then, the resolution of my query was not satisfactory. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
