I have been a customer of The defacto institute for quite some time now, and I must say I have mixed feelings about their services. While the course content is extensive and well-organized, the delivery could be improved. Some of the instructors lack enthusiasm, and the support team's response time could be better. Nonetheless, the platform offers a wide variety of courses, making it a decent option for self-paced learning.
