The experience of shopping on Easyfeel.it was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and the product range was decent. However, the customer service was not very responsive. It took a while to get a response to my query. The shipping was prompt, but the product quality was just okay. I might consider shopping with them again, but I wouldn't say they're exceptional.
