I've been practicing yoga for a few years now and have tried various studios, but none compare to the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Lviv. The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging. The classes are well-structured and challenging, helping me deepen my practice with each session. The centre itself is clean and inviting, making it a pleasure to practice there. Highly recommended!
