I recently purchased some tools from their website and overall I found the experience to be decent. The website was easy to navigate and their product selection was good. However, I was a bit disappointed with the shipping time as it took longer than expected. The quality of the tools is decent, but I've seen better elsewhere. Customer service was responsive when I had a question, which was a plus. I think there is room for improvement in terms of delivery time and product quality. 😐
