I recently had HVAC solutions, inc. install a new unit in my home. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable, and the installation was completed in a timely manner. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking as I had some difficulties getting a hold of the company to schedule the appointment. Overall, the workmanship is good, but the communication could definitely be improved. 😕 The website was informative, but I wish there was more transparency about pricing and services offered. It would be helpful for potential customers to have a clearer understanding of what to expect. All in all, a satisfactory experience, but there's room for improvement.
