I had a mixed experience with Pillar Northwest Real Estate. Initially, their customer service was great, and they were very responsive to my inquiries. However, as the process went on, their communication started lacking, and I had to constantly follow up. While they eventually resolved the issues, it was a bit frustrating. Overall, my experience was average. I hope they can improve their communication in the future.
