I've been practicing yoga for years and have tried various studios and centres, but none compare to the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Lviv. The instructors here are exceptional, and the classes are challenging yet rewarding. I appreciate the focus on proper alignment and breath work, as it has helped me deepen my practice. I highly recommend this centre to both beginners and experienced yogis.
