I recently had the opportunity to visit Discover Kampala and I must say that it was an average experience. The website looked promising with lots of interesting activities listed, but the actual experience fell short of my expectations. The customer service was lacking and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. However, the location of the company was convenient and the prices were reasonable.
