I have recently purchased furniture from Ethan Allen and overall I am satisfied with the quality and design. However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery process which was a bit frustrating. The customer service team was helpful in resolving the problem, but I expected a smoother experience considering the reputation of the company. In the end, I am happy with my purchase, but I hope they work on improving their delivery logistics.
