I have had a mixed experience with It Parts Global. While their website is user-friendly and the product range is vast, I faced some issues with the checkout process. The delivery was delayed, and customer service response needs improvement. Their product descriptions, however, are detailed and accurate. Overall, It Parts Global can be considered for computer part purchases, but some improvements in service would be appreciated.
