Deepblu inc. is an average company. Their website deepblu.com seems to be well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They took quite a long time to respond to my inquiries and were not very helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, I would say their service is just okay. I wouldn't necessarily recommend them, but I wouldn't discourage others from using them either.
