My experience with New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty was mediocre at best. The communication was lacking, and there were several instances of misrepresentation. I felt like they were more focused on making a sale rather than genuinely helping me find the right property. The level of service I received was disappointing considering their reputation. I wouldn't recommend them.
