As a long-time resident, I have had interactions with Queanbeyan City Council on several occasions. Their services are reliable and efficient. However, there have been instances where I felt the communication could have been better. It would be helpful if the council provided clearer instructions and guidelines for certain processes. Despite that, I appreciate the efforts made by the council to maintain the city and ensure the well-being of its residents.
