Invisible designs lab is an interesting company. Their products on invisi.jp are unique and eye-catching. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiry and the resolution was not completely satisfactory. With some improvements in their customer service, they could be a great company.
