I had a mixed experience with Berkshire biomedical, llc. The customer service was great and they were very responsive to my inquiries. However, I was not completely satisfied with the quality of the products I received. The products were not as effective as I had hoped and I didn't see the results I was expecting. Overall, their customer service was excellent, but I think they could improve on their product quality.
