I recently had an average experience with an online company. The website was easy to navigate, but there were some issues with the product I ordered. The quality didn't meet my expectations and it arrived later than the estimated delivery date. However, the customer support team was responsive and resolved my concerns satisfactorily. While I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, there is definitely room for improvement.
