I recently booked a vacation rental through Luxstay and I must say, it was a decent experience overall. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it convenient to find the perfect accommodation. The property I booked was clean and had all the necessary amenities, which was a plus. However, there were a few areas where the company fell short. Firstly, the customer service could have been more responsive. I had some questions during my booking process and it took quite some time to receive a reply. Additionally, the check-in process was a bit disorganized, causing a slight delay in accessing the property. Nevertheless, once settled in, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, while there were some minor areas for improvement, Luxstay provided an average vacation rental experience.
