I recently booked a vacation through imback.com.ar and I must say, my experience was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of travel packages. However, the overall customer service was lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and there were some miscommunications regarding my booking details. The pricing was reasonable, but the quality of the accommodations was average at best. The itinerary provided was also somewhat vague and didn't include all the necessary information. While I did manage to have a satisfactory trip, I expected a bit more from a travel company. If they improved their communication and attention to detail, they could provide a much better experience for their customers.
