I recently visited the photography center in Chicago and had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about the center's offerings. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't go out of their way to assist me with my questions. The center's location was convenient, but the facilities were somewhat outdated and could benefit from some modernization. The photography classes offered were informative, but I felt that the instructors could have been more engaging and enthusiastic. Overall, while my experience was not terrible, it was average at best. I expected more from a well-known center in a city like Chicago.
