Additionally, the ordering process was a bit cumbersome, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates on my order. On a positive note, the quality of the product I received was satisfactory, and the packaging was secure. Overall, my experience was average, and I hope to see improvements in their website and customer service in the future to enhance the overall customer experience.
