I have been a customer of Community Choice Financial, Inc. for over a year now and I can confidently say that they provide an average level of service. While they are not the best in terms of customer support, they do offer a decent range of financial products and services. Their website, ccfi.com, is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, I do feel that their rates could be more competitive. Overall, I would say that Community Choice Financial, Inc. is an average company.
