I recently had the opportunity to engage with a law firm based in Germany. I must say that my overall experience was average. The website provided a clear overview of the services offered and the contact details were easily accessible. However, I found the design of the site to be somewhat outdated and could benefit from a more modern touch. Additionally, the response time from the company was average – not exceptionally quick, but not excessively slow either. The information provided by the firm was accurate and helpful, but I felt that the service lacked a personal touch. It would have been beneficial to have more direct and personalized communication throughout the process. In conclusion, my experience with the law firm was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
