As a customer, I recently had an average experience with this company. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of products they offer for dogs. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a few questions about a specific product, and it took several attempts to get a response. When I finally received a reply, it felt rushed and lacked the personal touch I was expecting. Additionally, the shipping time was longer than anticipated, causing some inconvenience. On the positive side, the product I ordered was of good quality and my dog seemed to enjoy it. Overall, while the company has a decent selection and provides a satisfactory product, the customer service and delivery time could be improved.
