I recently had the opportunity to work with a certain company that specializes in ovens and machinery in Spain. Although their website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their products, my overall experience was quite average.

First, the communication with the sales team was not very prompt. I had to wait a couple of days to receive a response to my initial inquiry. However, once we established contact, they were helpful and knowledgeable.

The delivery of the product was on time, which was satisfactory. However, upon inspection, I noticed a few minor flaws in the product's finish. Although they did not significantly affect the functionality, it was not what I expected from a professional company.

In terms of customer support, they were friendly and willing to help with any inquiries or issues. However, their response time could have been improved.

Overall, my experience with this company was average. They have some room for improvement in terms of communication and product quality.
