I recently purchased a water filtration system from this company's website and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the product that suited my needs. The ordering process was straightforward and I received my package within the expected timeframe. However, I found the installation instructions to be a bit confusing and had to consult online resources to complete the setup. The product itself works decently, but I've noticed that the water flow is not as strong as I expected. The filtration system does a decent job of removing impurities, but I feel like it could be more efficient. The customer service, when I needed assistance, was responsive and helpful. In conclusion, while the company's website and customer service are satisfactory, there is room for improvement in the installation instructions and product performance.
