I recently used the photography services from this company for a family event. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of packages and options available. 📷 However, I was a bit disappointed with the communication process. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and I found this a bit frustrating. On the day of the event, the photographer was professional and courteous, but the quality of the photos was average. 📉 The final product didn't quite meet my expectations, and I felt that the editing could have been more thorough. Overall, the experience was okay, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of customer communication and photo quality.
