I recently booked a holiday with Cvtravel and overall, I found the experience to be average ⭐⭐. The website was easy to navigate, with a wealth of information about their destinations and services available. However, I did encounter some frustrations with the booking process as it was a bit slow and confusing at times. The customer service could also be improved, as the response time to my inquiries was slower than expected and not as helpful as I had hoped. That being said, the holiday itself was decent, with comfortable accommodations and well-planned itineraries. While Cvtravel met my basic expectations, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their overall efficiency and customer support.
