I had a delightful time at Build-A-Bear Workshop! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The whole process of creating my bear was so much fun, and the customization options were extensive. The quality of the materials used for the bear and the clothes was impressive. I left the store with a huge smile on my face and a truly unique bear. Highly recommended!
