I have had a mixed experience with Simple trade. While the platform itself is easy to use and the trades are executed quickly, I have encountered some issues with customer support. There were times when it took longer than expected to get a response and the solutions provided were not always satisfactory. However, overall I would say that Simple trade is a decent trading platform with room for improvement in terms of customer support.
