I have used Verizon Communications Inc for a while...

I have used Verizon Communications Inc for a while now and I must say that their service is average. While the network coverage is decent, I have experienced some dropped calls and slow internet speeds in certain areas. Customer service could also be improved, as it can sometimes take a while to get a response. Overall, it's an okay service but there is room for improvement.
