I had a bit of a mixed experience with Runnur mobile / mobiletechgear.com. The product I received was of good quality, but it took quite some time to arrive. The customer service was responsive, but it still took longer than expected to resolve my issue. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but the delays were a bit frustrating.
