I recently had a pest control issue and I must say that Orange County Pest Control Inc did an average job at resolving the problem. Their technicians were punctual and professional, and they did manage to get rid of the pests in my home. However, I was not completely satisfied with the customer service I received. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and not very friendly. Overall, it was an average experience.
