The overall experience with Comercios Universales was average. Although the website was easy to navigate and they had a wide range of products, the customer service was lacking. The delivery of my order was delayed, and when I contacted their support team, they were not very helpful. I expected better service from such a renowned company. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service.
