I have been a customer of Activity Connection for several years now and I must say, their service is just average. While their website is easy to navigate and they offer a wide range of activities, their customer support is somewhat lacking. It takes too long for them to respond to inquiries and their communication skills could use improvement. Overall, I would rate them as average.
