I recently engaged a consulting company for a project, and I found the experience to be fairly satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and provided some helpful resources. However, I did encounter some communication issues with the team, and at times, the response time was longer than expected. The consultants seemed knowledgeable, but I felt that more attention to detail and timeliness could have improved the overall experience. While the project was ultimately completed, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and efficiency. Overall, it was an average experience, and I hope to see some enhancements in their services in the future.
