As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to engage with the services of this company and overall, I found it to be an average experience. đ€·ââïž The company's website was easy to navigate, providing relevant information about their services. However, the response time to my inquiries was quite slow, which was disappointing. đ Once I did receive a response, the customer service representatives were helpful and knowledgeable. The training session I attended was informative, providing valuable insights. However, the delivery could have been more engaging, as it felt a bit monotonous at times. đđ€ In terms of effectiveness, I did notice some positive changes in our workplace following the implementation of their recommendations. đą Overall, while the company does provide satisfactory services, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and delivery. đ
