I had a mixed experience with JapakGIS limited. The quality of their work was good overall, but the customer service was lacking. I found their website to be user-friendly and informative. However, when I reached out to their support team with some questions, it took a while to get a response. Once I did get a response, though, they were helpful and resolved my issue. Overall, I would rate them as average.
