Zon.tools is an average company. I have been using their services for a while now and I have mixed feelings about them. On one hand, their toolset is quite useful and has helped me improve my productivity as an Amazon seller. However, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. Whenever I have had an issue or a question, it takes forever for them to respond and even then, the solution is not always satisfactory. Overall, I would say they provide an average experience for sellers like me.
