I recently used their services to find a rental property, and I have to say that I was mostly satisfied with the process. 🏠 The website was user-friendly and had a good selection of properties to choose from. However, I did find that the customer service was a bit slow to respond to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. On the plus side, the property I eventually rented was in good condition and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The company has potential, but could improve their communication and response times to enhance the customer experience.
