I have been a customer of Q.S.I for several years now and I can honestly say that their banking services are average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but their customer service could use some improvement. There have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected to speak with a representative, which was frustrating. Overall, Q.S.I is a decent company to bank with.
