As a customer of this bank, I found the overall experience to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of online banking services offered. However, I encountered issues with customer service responsiveness, as it took longer than expected to address my inquiries. The in-person banking experience was satisfactory, but it could have been more welcoming. Additionally, while there were some nice perks for account holders, I felt that the interest rates could be more competitive. Overall, I would say that my experience with the company was neither outstanding nor disappointing. With some improvements in customer service and rates, it has the potential to become a more attractive option for banking services.
