I recently had an experience with Instituto del fondo nacional para el consumo de los trabajadores and it was average. The customer service was okay but could be improved. There were long wait times and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. However, they were able to help me with my inquiries and provide the necessary information. Overall, it was an average experience.
